Operating Manual of Neptune Special Polymer Mud for Rotary Drilling Rig
I. Mud Making with Air Compressor
1、施工准备:挖一个泥浆池,根据用量确定泥浆池的大小,并在池边安装好泥浆泵和空气压缩机,周边做好防护。
1. Preparation for construction: Excavate a mud sump, determine its size according to use level, install mud pump and air compressor beside the sump, and take protective measures around it.
2、将清水注入泥浆池后,用20%氢氧化纳(又名烧碱、火碱或片碱)溶液调节水的PH值在8-10之间,用空压机搅拌均匀(搅拌时间为10-20分钟)。
2. Pour clear water into mud sump, adjust the PH value of water to be 8-10 with 20% sodium hydroxide (also named as caustic soda, caustic flake), and mix them evenly with air compressor (mixing for 10-20min).
3、将循环泵打开,进行自循环后,通过泵出水管口加入本产品,要求慢慢均匀加入,首次使用时一般采用最大量使用,加量为万分之五(既100立方水中加入本产品50KG,后用空压机搅拌10分钟,用工程漏斗测定溶液的黏度到28秒左右即可满足一般工程地质。(一般情况下手感稍有粘度起线丝状即可,特殊地质根据实际情况而定)。
3. Open the circulating pump. After self-circulation, add the product slowly and evenly from the orifice of the pump’s discharging tube. Use the product, if for the first time, according to the maximum use level, and generally, add 0.05% of this product (namely add 50Kg product to 100m3 water). Then, mix the product for 10min with air compressor, and use engineering funnel to measure the viscosity of the solution. The viscosity of around 28s could meet common engineering geology (generally, it’s ok if it feels slightly sticky and filamentous line forms; the viscosity for special geology may be determined according to actual situations).
4、若黏度高于28秒,可直接加水稀释:若黏度小于30秒,可能是由于搅拌时间不够,需延长搅拌时间,如果仍达不到黏度,可打开循环泵自循环后通过出水口补充本产品,并再用空压机搅拌继续搅拌,直至满足条件。
4. If the viscosity is higher than 28s, the product may be diluted with water directly; if it is lower than 30s, the mixing time is probably not enough, and shall be extended. If the viscosity is still not enough, we may open the circulating pump for self-circulation, then supplement this product through water outlet, and mix the product continuously with air compressor, until related conditions are satisfied.
5、在钻进过程中,如果含砂层较多,要提前准备好足够量的泥浆,并在钻进过程中不断补充泥浆,保持钻进液面,确保地层压力平衡。
5. If there are many sand-containing layers in drilling process, we shall prepare sufficient mud in advance, and constantly supplement mud in drilling process to maintain the drilling liquid level and ensure balanced strata pressure.
6、钻进完成后,停15-40分钟后,(根据孔深决定时间)用钻机打捞一次沉降下去的砂子等杂质,不要控浆。然后下放钢筋笼和混凝土导管,一般情况下都能达到灌注桩要求的含砂量和沉砂量,个别地层可能会出现沉砂量较多的情况,就可以在下钢筋笼之前多捞两次,以确保下完钢筋笼和导管后沉渣达标。
6. Stop for 15-40min (depending on the depth of holes) after completion of drilling, and use the drilling rig to get out the impurities such as sand, etc. settled without controlling the mud. Then, lay down the reinforcing cage and concrete conduit. Generally, it’s available to reach the sand content and sand settling quantity; on some individual strata, there will probably be plentiful sand settled, so we need to drag for more times before laying down reinforcing cage, in order to ensure the up-to-standard sediment after laying down reinforcing cage and conduit.
7、灌桩完后,返回的泥浆需要求其黏度,如果黏度低于30秒,可以打开循环泵自循环后通过出水口补充本产品,并用空压机不停搅拌,直至满足条件。同时,在另外一个泥浆池中配制新的泥浆,以满足下一个桩钻孔所用。
7. After completion of pile pouring, we need to measure the viscosity of the mud returned. If the viscosity is lower than 30s, we may open the circulating pump for self-circulation, then supplement this product through water outlet, and mix the product continuously with air compressor, until related conditions are satisfied. Meanwhile, we shall prepare new mud in another mud sump in order to meet the use of the next borehole.
二、孔内直接造浆法
II. Direct Mud Making in Holes
经过多年现场实际应用,一些项目因场地条件等原因不具备空压机造浆法施工,为了保证泥浆质量和减少造浆时间等,我公司特研发速溶型奈普顿旋挖钻机专用聚合物泥浆。此材料在项目使用中极大的减少泥浆制备时间,提高了施工效率。
For reason of site condition, some projects cannot execute mud-making with air compressor according to onsite practical applications over the past years. In order to ensure mud quality and reduce mud making time, etc., the Company has specially researched and developed instant Neptune special polymer mud for rotary drilling rig. This material has greatly reduced mud making time and raised construction efficiency in projects.
1、在钻孔前提前准备好奈普顿(Neptune)泥浆材料,根据地层情况计算出总用量和施工每米的平均用量。
1. Prepare Neptune mud material in advance before drilling, and calculate the total use level and the average use level per meter according to stratum conditions.
2、做一个加料斗,能使材料和片碱充分融化不结块。
2. Make a loading hopper, ensuring the sufficient thawing of the material and caustic flakes.
3、在护筒内先进行泥浆的配制,护筒内配制用量为平均用量的1.5——2倍。在钻进到护筒底部以下3M后,加量按照平均用量添加即可。
3. Prepare the mud in advance in the pile casing. The quantity prepared in the pile casing is 1.5-2 times the average use level. After drilling to 3M below the bottom of pile casing, add the product according to average use level.
4、在正常施工时,造浆要专人负责,保证泥浆液面高度。添加聚合物泥浆时间、次数和重量严格按照计算的平均量配制。
4. During normal construction, a special person shall be dispatched to take charge of mud making, in order to ensure the height of mud liquid level. The time, frequency and weight of polymer mud added shall be executed according to the average quantity calculated.
5、在钻孔至将近设计孔深3-5米时,可停止添加聚合物泥浆。
5. It’s available to stop adding polymer mud after drilling to the designed hole depth of 3-5m.
6、如遇砂层卵石层过大、孔壁不稳定、漏浆量过大时,根据水量适当调整材料用量。
6. In case the sand layer and pebble bed are over big, the wall of hole is unstable, and leakage of mud is over big, the use level of the material may be adjusted properly according to the water quantity.
三、 用量
III. Use Level
一般情况下比例按0.01%~0.1%配制,根据现场实地情况试验确定配合比例。参考指标:如下
Generally, the product shall be prepared as per the proportion of 0.01%~0.1%, and the mix proportion shall be determined according to site conditions. The reference indexes are as shown below:
