Product Introduction
聚合物泥浆是一种水溶性,易溶解的粉末颗粒状聚合物,在水中充分溶解后呈半透明糊状,该类型泥浆在孔内处理沉渣速度快,钻具钻进时泥浆浆体保持清澈,钻具表面干净,由于钻具连续运动,聚合物泥浆水合均匀、粘度高、凝聚力快,在孔壁形成一层透明糊状保护层,回浆后杂质沉淀极少,且本品无毒无污染,对钢筋、混凝土无任何不良影响。产品上市以来,在桩基施工、钻井施工、地下连续墙施工、盾构掘进、顶管推进及其它非开挖施工中得到了良好的应用且效果显著,受到众多专业施工单位的认可。
Polymer mud is a kind of water-soluble granular powder polymer that is easy to be solved. It becomes semi-transparent pasty after totally solved in water. This type of mud processes sediments in holes very fast, so the mud would keep clean when a drilling rig drills in it while the surface of drilling tool is also clean. For continuous movements of drilling rig, polymer mud mixes with water evenly with high viscosity and fast condensation. A transparent pasty protection film will be created on hole walls, and there’s hardly contamination precipitation after mud return. Meanwhile, our products are nontoxic and cause no pollution, bringing no unfavorable influence to reinforcing bars or concrete. The products have been playing important roles and obtained obvious effects in pile foundation construction, drilling construction, construction of underground diaphragm wall, shield driving, jacking and other trenchless constructions, and they get broad accreditations from numerous professional constructors.

Simple It’s very simple to use Neptune polymer for mud making. You do not need to make mud in advance. To make mud, you just need to inject clean water into drilling holes while add Neptune polymer directly into it, easy for on-site making and operation.

Fast Comparing to bentonite, Neptune polymer is faster in mud making, and it only takes 2-5 minutes to make mud and it’s able to process sediments quickly to make perfusion easier.

Cost Saving Using Neptune polymer to make mud lowers your cost and sand ratio of made mud is low as well. Secondary hole cleaning will not be necessary after holes are formed, reducing mud making and pile forming time. Meanwhile, it also saves costs for human labor, material transportation and storage while prolongs service lives of drilling tool, and eventually reduces total construction costs.
